Description
Join us for Session 1 of Beginner Origami @ SUMM, designed for families with children aged 7+ or individual adults! Led by origami expert Rona Gurkewitz, this five-session course blends art and mathematics, offering a hands-on approach to geometry, spatial reasoning, and problem-solving. All materials are provided, and each session includes models to fold and take home.

Session Focus: Students will learn to make a name tag, talking dog, and magazine cover box and lid. No prior experience is required!
Drop-in Session Pricing:

$35 per family, which includes parent(s)/caregiver(s) and their child(ren). Children must be accompanied by a parent/caregiver, who will be encouraged to participate as well to create a shared learning experience.
